To apply, you must be nominated by your university as a prospective exchange student. First, contact exchange program officers at your university to express your interest. Upon being formally nominated, complete the designated form through Kyushu University’s online application system. |

Your university usually set its own deadlines much earlier than those indicated so as to complete its own internal screenings and other administrative procedures prior to submitting to Kyushu University by our deadlines.
