\r\nKyusyu University has implemented the \u201d bilingualization of internal documents\r\nissued by the Administration Burean to Departments \u201d using a translation tool\r\n(DeepL) since April 1st 2022. The purpose of this initiative is to internationalize the\r\non-campus environment surrounding all members including international faculty\r\nmembers and students, in terms of education, research, and daily life. It also aims\r\nto build a foundation that promotes the international talent circulation as outlined\r\nin the concept of VISION2030.

\r\nFrom October 2025, all internal documents issued by the administrative department will be bilingual in Japanese and English as a general rule, \r\nand we plan to implement bilingual Japanese-English internal documents throughout the university.
