(7)Transcripts of the previous year in Japan or the most recent transcripts that can be submitted.
　*If you can issue a transcript from the University of Tokyo, please submit the one from the University.
　*If the applicant is a new entrant from another university in Japan, submit the transcripts of that university.
　*If you plan to enroll in Kyushu University from a university overseas and cannot submit a Japanese transcript, you do not need to submit a Japanese transcript.
(8) Copies of the front and back of the resident card
　*The applicant's period of stay must be on or after April 1, 2027.
(9)Letter of acceptance and certificate of enrollment for transfer permit
　*Only for students who plan to transfer or enroll in April 2027.

*Priority will be given to applicants who have been on the scholarship for two years.
*Graduate students are given priority over undergraduate students.
*We hope to receive applications from a wide variety of nationalities, as a bias in nationality is not a disadvantage in the selection process.
*All applicants are required to take a face-to-face interview and a written examination between the beginning of December and the end of January. If you are absent on the day of the interview, the test date will not be rescheduled.
*The interview test is basically an individual interview, but group discussions may be held in addition.

　The application form must be prepared by data entry on a PC.
　However, the applicant's signature must be in his/her own handwriting.

　・In what way are you benefitting the relationship between your country and Japan through your experience studying in Japan

(3) Letter of recommendation from your supervisor (prescribed form: Word file)
　To be prepared by the supervisor using a PC data entry system. However, the signature must be handwritten.
(1) must be submitted as a Word file, and (2) and (3) must be submitted as PDF files.		 *Only one international student per faculty advisor may be recommended.
*For those who receive scholarships, grants for tuition and living expenses, salaries, etc. from other institutions, adjustments will be made so that the total monthly amount of such assistance and the amount of the grant from the Foundation will not exceed 100,000 yen. However, scholarships from universities are not subject to adjustment (must be funded by the university).
