The documents you should submit are：
Estimate for Air （a detailed breakdown of the fare written）
Receipt
Boarding Pass （Please submit after you arrive in Japan）

| ※Except for boarding pass, your supervisor/advisor in Kyushu Univ. should submit the required documents to your faculty's administrative office on your behalf at least 2 weeks before your arrival （Fax is OK, but needs to be replaced with the original documents later）. |
