📅 Application Timeline
Start Date: September 1, 2025
Deadline: October 31, 2025
Results Announcement: Late November to early December 2025
✅ Eligibility
You must meet all of the following:
・Currently enrolled in a PhD program OR obtained your PhD after 2021
・Able to stay in Sweden for at least 5 consecutive months
・Affiliated with Kyushu University during the mobility period
・Able to complete all activities and return by the designated date in 2027 (the date is vary by university)
・Responsible for visa and travel arrangements
・Conduct research at one of the MIRAI member universities in Sweden

Participating institutions include:
・Linköping University
・Luleå University of Technology
・University of Gothenburg

📌 Application procedures vary by university, but the deadline is the same.
💡 Financial Support
Participants will receive grants for travel and accommodation support from the Swedish host university, based on program regulations.
🔔 Important Notes
Kyushu University students and researchers should obtain an approval for the application with their supervisor or relevant representative before applying.
Each Swedish university has its own application form and process.
