Bilingualization
1. Regarding the Bilingualization of Internal Documents in Japanese and English
Kyusyu University has implemented the ” bilingualization of internal documents
issued by the Administration Burean to Departments ” using a translation tool
(DeepL) since April 1st 2022. The purpose of this initiative is to internationalize the
on-campus environment surrounding all members including international faculty
members and students, in terms of education, research, and daily life. It also aims
to build a foundation that promotes the international talent circulation as outlined
in the concept of VISION2030.
From October 2025, all internal documents issued by the administrative department will be bilingual in Japanese and English as a general rule,
and we plan to implement bilingual Japanese-English internal documents throughout the university.
