【7/10】Kick-off WS: US-ROK-JP Trilateral Coastal & Ocean Conservation Initiative
Why don’t you think about the world's marine environmental issues together?
The U.S. Consulate in Fukuoka, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Fukuoka, and Tsushima City will collaborate and launch an innovative initiative “Tri-lateral Coastal & Ocean Conservation Initiative” here in Fukuoka, Kyushu, focusing on university students. We are thrilled to invite you, the next generation, proposing your creative ideas and together commit to a sustainable world, which theme includes the reduction of marine plastic waste, but not limited to.
At this event, you are engaging in the discussion on the current situation and efforts of Tsushima City, which has the largest number of coastal debris in Japan, and work on sustainable solutions through group work and pitch sessions.
