The Strategic International Advisory Group (SIAG) is holding a Faculty Development (FD) session titled “Towards a More Inclusive Kyushu University: On-Campus, Off-Campus, and Beyond” coordinated by Vice President Natalie Konomi (Global Strategies Office) and Professor Melanie Sarantou (Faculty of Design). Through two short presentations, we will explore the meaning of "inclusion" and how it can be fostered within and beyond the university. Drawing on the SIAG Proposals for the Internationalization of Kyushu University and Vision 2030, the session will introduce current initiatives such as bilingualization, inclusive evaluations, and university community engagement projects like Q-Angel. Following the presentations, a Q&A session will offer the participants the opportunity to reflect, exchange ideas, and share suggestions for creating a more inclusive Kyushu University.
