We are pleased to announce that we will begin accepting on-campus applications for the first call for AY2027 University-wide Exchange Program (Fall 2027 start or Spring 2028 start) on Friday, July 10th.

To mark the opening of the application call, we will hold an information session in Room 2306 on the 3rd floor of Center Building 2. (No advance registration required. Please note that the information session will be conducted in the Japanese language only.)
In addition to details on the internal application process, all necessary information will be provided during the session, including how to find a host institution, required language proficiency, living expenses, and available scholarships. We are also planning a presentation by a student who has returned from the exchange program this year, where she will share her firsthand academic and daily life experiences abroad.
We look forward to seeing you all at the information session!

What Is the University-wide Exchange Program?
・A program that allows Kyushu University students to study abroad at partner institutions for a period ranging from one semester to approximately one year.
・It is a great opportunity where you can meet students from all over the world at your host institution and broaden your international outlook.
・By paying tuition to Kyushu University during your study abroad period, you will be exempt from tuition fees at your host institution abroad
・A wide range of scholarships are available to apply, from those offered by Kyushu University to those provided by private foundations
・Upon your return, you may be able to transfer credits to your department at Kyushu University, subject to approval

＜For Fall 2027 semester start (July–October) and Spring 2028 semester start (January–April)＞
■Application period： July 10th (Fri) to November 6th (Fri) , 2026 (No later than 12:00 p.m.)
