※No reservation needed, bring your own lunch! We'll answer all your application-related questions.
※Study Abroad Consultation Sessions with Q-MATE staff are also scheduled at the same venue on Nov. 20 & 28.

First Call for AY2026 University-level Exchange Program

■How to apply: Applications must be submitted via a designated application system. (For details, please read the above application guidelines.)
■Application deadline: December 3rd (Wed), 2025 (No later than 12:00)

Under this exchange program, students can study at a partner university abroad for a period of one semester to one year. By paying tuition fees to Kyushu University during the study abroad period, students are exempted from paying tuition fees at their study abroad destination.
The program is full of attractive features, including the possibility of transferring credits if approved by their departmental affiliation at Kyushu University.
