Global Gateways【April 1st】Second Call for Internal Applications for Kyushu University Exchange Program Opens
We are pleased to announce that on-campus applications for the 2nd call for AY2026 Kyushu University Exchange Program for study abroad starting in the Spring Semester 2027 (January-April).
This is a medium- to long-term program that allows Kyushu University students to study at partner institutions around the world for a period ranging from one semester to one year.
*Application period：April 1st (Wed) – May 15th (Fri) 12 p.m.
By paying tuition fees to Kyushu University while studying abroad, students will be exempt from paying tuition fees at their host institutions.
There are so many great opportunities offered throughout the program —you can take classes in a wide variety of study fields, meet culturally diverse students, and even transfer earned credits if approved by your department at Kyushu University.

＜Important Notes for Applications＞
*Applications are only accepted from universities that still have available exchange slots after AY2026 first call for applications.
*For study abroad starting in the Spring Semester,one-year study abroad slots are only available for universities in South Korea and Australia.
*At the time of applying, make sure that you check the “List of universities where exchange slots have already been filled” (to be updated as necessary) included in the application guidelines.
■Application method:Submit your application via the designated application system as described in the application guidelines.
■Application deadline: Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Strict adherence to the deadline required).
