Global Gateways【Application closes soon!】Second Call for Internal Applications for Kyushu University Exchange Program
We are pleased to announce that on-campus applications for the 2nd call for AY2026 Kyushu University Exchange Program for study abroad starting in the Spring Semester 2027 (January-April).
This is a medium- to long-term program that allows Kyushu University students to study at partner institutions around the world for a period ranging from one semester to one year.
*Application deadline：May 15th (Fri) 12 p.m., 2026
NOTE: Any overdue submissions will not be acceptable. Please make sure to complete your application well in advance!
＜Benefits of the Exchange Program＞
・Students can study abroad at Kyushu University’s partner institutions for periods ranging from one semester to one year
・Tuition fees at the host institution are waived if tuition is paid to Kyushu University during the study abroad period
・Eligibility to apply for various scholarships
・Opportunities to take courses in a wide variety of fields and meet students from around the world
・Credit transfer is possible upon return to Kyushu University, provided the courses are approved by the student’s department

＜Important Notes for Applications＞
*Applications are only accepted from universities that still have available exchange slots after AY2026 first call for applications.
*For study abroad starting in the Spring Semester,one-year study abroad slots are only available for universities in South Korea and Australia.
*At the time of applying, make sure that you check the “List of universities where exchange slots have already been filled” (to be updated as necessary) included in the application guidelines.
■Application method:Submit your application via the designated application system as described in the application guidelines.
■Application deadline: Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Strict adherence to the deadline required).
